The 2 people that were there Sunday were excellent..we got there a little late but they didn't rush us explained everything so we ended up getting the storage unit ...it was a good experience Thanks

Everyone hates moving, and the people on staff at U-Haul made it much more bearable. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend! Thank you for your services! They are clean have good equipment and anything you need to help with your move. I especially like they have storage units on site. They are my go to if I need storage or a truck.
Linda B | Overall ExperienceGot the unit thru the app. Got my unit # and access code. Then couldn’t get in because you have to go to the office during their hours and get a keycard. I had to pay for 2 hrs labor x 2 men for nothing. I have to take an extra day off work and make the drive 2 hrs round trip. It does not tell you this in the app.
