It took 4 times to get a code to even work. After repeatedly calling the store and being transferred to customer service I was finally able to get something done by going in the actual store myself. The alarm sounding from the 1st unit that was on the 2nd floor was embarrassing enough, but trying to fit. 26 footer down the isle of the 2nd unit was even worse! Between the bad codes to the tight fit to get to another unit, we racked up another 5 days in van rental fees.
