Mario M. | First ImpressionsThe associate who assisted me on Thursday Feb.2 in the office was rude and very unfriendly. She seemed inconvenienced by my question and gave off a very condensing impression. Later that evening I encountered a gentleman outside who was in charge of locking up the units and he was very kind and gave me a lot of information as well as showed me where my unit was although it was closing time. I returned on the 3rd and both ladies working in the front office were amazing. They assisted me and answered all my questions their interactions with other customers were also welcoming and friendly!
