The owner at 1140 Park Avenue is hands-down the worst business operator I have ever encountered. Dirty tactics, horrible attitude, and zero respect for customers. I will never return, and I will warning everyone in town to avoid this place like the plague.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulGood service storage unit looked immaculate.
PETER V | Primeras impresionesStore closed at 7 but I was told it closed at 8. Just glad I didn't get charged an after hour return fee. The move out process was simple but the app is glitchy. I also didn't like how I could not upload the photos showing that I cleaned the storage nor the up in price for the storage so suddenly.
Reva W | Experiencia generalVery professional and kind
Brenda L | Experiencia generalGreat staff, very helpful and friendly. Clean environment.
sheila b | Experiencia generalDisappointed that staff in Indians center was rude and very unprofessional when asked about hitching trailer to truck
Brenda L | Primeras impresionesWhen we first started storing our stuff there the floors were so well taken care of, but by the time we took our stuff out they were really bad. If I were to store anything again I might look elsewhere. It's not a good way to represent your company. If it was cleaned up, it would be the first place I would come to.
Brenda S | Experiencia generalThe gentleman told me they had a special promotion of the first month free for recent customers. He then charged my credit card and didn’t say anything more. I asked him about the first month free and he nonchalantly said oh it didn’t go through. He added I gave you the lock instead. I said you gave me a $12 lock instead of $149 rental? He said yes. I then pointed out that he charged me for the lock that supposedly I had been given. He said oh yeah they’ll credit that on your next month Bill. I was too busy to argue with him yesterday but it was infuriating
BLAKE W | Primeras impresionesExcellent assistance from Jay!
ANDREA E | Primeras impresionesIt is apparent from the facts my lock was cut off and a rat trap was placed in my unit that an infestation must have occurred and resulted in the loss of two pillows valued at over $600 that was never reported to me. Furthermore, although my account defaulted at times, I always updated my account; nevertheless, when I went in well after paying my account up-to-date, I had to wait hours for a third party that had placed a lock on my unit but not removed it in a timely manner to remove my belongings despite having had to travel hours to the facility from out of town.
Robert L | Experiencia generalI never used the storage unit. I moved my things in just a couple of hours, only used 19 of the 30 miles I orepaid for, and put more fuel in the truck than it had before. I got charged $70.34 for a local move that should have cost $30, pkus the safedrive I also opted for.
