We had a mess of problems with the phone help from uhaul and not being able to talk with a manager at the time we were stuck because of uhauls mistakes. When I called the next morning I was told managers would not be in until the next day. The person who answered the phone did help us by cancelling a contract and a reservation

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI am extremely disappointed with my experience at this storage facility. From the beginning, the service and communication have been unprofessional, and I was not provided with the proper information or a thorough explanation of the facility’s procedures and policies upon moving in. Additionally, I was not issued a MasterCard, and the facility’s alarms were repeatedly going off. Most concerning, a lock was placed on my storage unit despite all of my information being accurate at the time of move-in and my account being enrolled in automatic payments. To make matters worse, my account and unit information were disconnected or lost, requiring me to return to the facility and verify all of my information again. This has been an unnecessarily frustrating and inconvenient experience, especially considering that I fulfilled my responsibilities as a customer. Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and professionalism has resulted in a very negative experience. I expected a much higher standard of service and accountability. I would appreciate a reasonable resolution, whether that involves transferring my unit to another facility or receiving appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and poor service I have experienced. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues to ensure that other customers do not have to endure the same experience.
chay w | Experiencia generalGreat customer service, willing to help and assist in all situations. Thank you for all your help and support during a time of crisis in my family , and support as we walked through it. It was a great decision to choose your facility. Thank you

Evoni A | Mudanza en líneaI have worked with you for 12 years and never been disappointed with them now efforts to go in to make my moves as smooth as possible recently though I have to plot the area manager, Kate and 13 for realizing that my issue with a domestic violence was really ultimately to be held very confidently and they did a wonderful job at doing so thank you for the store manager Daniel at the Lynnwood store along with the Team at the North Lynnwood Uhaul unit offering a free month really safe money. Also, I’m one applaud Brandon and most certainly Daniel for being outstanding with the customer service at the Gorst Bremerton store is phenomenal. They can do miracles for me. Thank you again for being so patient with me and my crew most of us are senior disabled and can barely stand up straight anymore. They have the equipment that helped us get by.
Christine M | Primeras impresionesMy only issue was you should tell people they need to enter the code or swipe card and both the readers to get in after hours. Everything else was great.
DEBORAH L | Experiencia generalI like the U-Haul storage and the truck rental. It was convenient for where I live and practical, but everybody there is nice and friendly.
Williams N | Experiencia generalBest storage facility in the Everett/lynnwood area. The building / lot are very well kept and maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. The hours of access are later (by an hour) than all other facilities around. The office hours are open until from 7 AM and don’t close until 7 PM (unheard of) The only downside of writing here, is that the price is just slightly above average, and by that I mean literally like a 20$ difference. They have a great deal going on almost always- free month of storage with any truck / trailer rental. Can’t beat that- I think I paid 11$ for my first month of storage after all said and done (without the cost of the rental truck of course)
Brittany K | Experiencia generalThe only downside with U-Haul was it seemed like every six months my race for being raised. That’s why I decided to move to a much less expensive storage.
