I just need some one to fix the open & close door to put the lock on the unit please
Zena H | Online Move InMy only complaint would be is that I moved out September 2nd and didn't receive any money back for that month. So I paid for a whole month but didn't use it. I feel like that wasn't fair. If I had of know I wasn't getting any money back I would not even cleaned out the storage

DARLENE S | First ImpressionsThe best people work here. I was locked out of the main gate on mother's day because my access code stopped working. I called the manager Mariah and she pulled over and helped me reset it. I was so upset that I had to call her on mother's day but she understood. Debbie Bailey is absolutely amazing. Friendly and courteous from start of rental until the end. We used this storage facility for almost 3 years. Great people!!!!

SHEQUITA M | Overall ExperienceOur experience with UHaul Auburndale is extremely disappointing. Our camper was stolen from the property by an individual who visibly has access to the facility and the incident was never reported to us nor the police. We do not recommend UHaul.
Emily H | Overall ExperienceAfter reserving a storage on line that said it would fit a 1 bedroom apartment for a medium storage, once on-site I learned it was the size of a closet. I lost my free month if rent because no one was inside and I have to drive across the city to get to the lyndon office to get assistance. So I called the number provided and they said that they cancelled the 1st closet size storage and assigned a new storage to me. Then I get a call about the first one asking if I were going to move in. How is the communication so poor?
