MATTHEW S | Experiencia generalVery helpful and friendly
Marcia L | Experiencia generalManager was very friendly and helpful.
Thomas O | Experiencia generalRent was due 29 th and I emptied it on the 3rd but had to pay rent to avoid being overlocked for 1 day so paid for months rent and only used one day and got no prorate or refund
EARNEST E | Experiencia generalJudy was absolutely amazing. While making the move from California to Arizona, everything in the book went wrong. As I arrived at the storage facility in this giant truck, I was already stressed out because I had never driven a truck that big. When I walked into the facility, I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. People don’t realize how far a smile can go. I let her know that I had a reservation, she searched but could not find it. She offered to book what they did have but I was set on having a climate controlled unit! I went back to the truck discouraged and had to call U-Haul to try to find a new one. Uhual could not find one in the whole city. I was about to lose. As the tears were filling my eyes, she called to see if the reservation may have been under a different name. I told her that because My Mother was going to be the one driving the truck it might be in her name. She checked for me and luckily it was. I was ecstatic! As I went back into the facility, I overheard her on the phone with an irate customer and she handled that beautifully with so much compassion even though I’m sure he wasn’t happy that I had reserved the last climate controlled unit. Reservations always come first! I felt bad for her experience with that caller so I made sure to treat her as good as she had been treating me. Throughout the day moving stuff into my storage I had many questions so I was going in and out of the facility and through the entire time she greeted me with such care and amazing service. She understood how stressed I had been and how hard the move was for me during our many interactions. She was very empathetic. I’m super happy that she’s the one I got to deal with because she made the process of getting all of my belongings into storage so much easier than every other part of the move!!
Luz F | ReservaciónPlease check your e-mails. Reservation was canceled in August. thank you
GARY K | ReservaciónWhat was supposed to be temporary turned into five years of storing our household items and furniture. In all of that time, the unit never flooded, even through some really heavy monsoon seasons. There was never any rodent or insect damage, no mold or mildew, and no break-ins or theft. Everything in the unit was covered with sand and dust, but that's to be expected in the desert and true of any storage! The office staff were always polite, professional, and helpful. They were willing to work with us the few times that we were late with a payment. Move out was a breeze. I recommend this facility for moving and storage needs. I had zero complaints!
Charmaine T | Experiencia generalGood place to store stuff and the lady stayed late to get me set up for the weekend very nice people
Guy M | ReservaciónEverything went smoothly, I’m very satisfied with the service
Michelle K | ReservaciónI gave 4 stars because you can't access the climate controlled units 24/7. That's the only downside to this facility. Other than that, I was completely satisfied. Tonya is a consummate professional and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your needs.
CHARLES S | Experiencia generalAwesome!!! These Ladies always went out of their way to be helpful.
Sami C | Experiencia generalEverything was great, except that there was a leak and some electronics were ruined in my unit... One of the staff who was very helpful said she was going to approach the owner about making it right for my lost merchandise and all the owner offered to do was give me a different unit. To me, that is not how you run a business. The owner is the only reason my review reflects negativity, not the staff. I don't recommend renting there because he is not a fair businessman and I will not rent there again because of it.
JAMES N | Experiencia generalWorked for what I needed, thanks!
TO: A | Experiencia generalThe wonderful woman who staffs the front desk is super-helpful, friendly, and very efficient. She's the best in town to deal with!!!! <3
Heather P | Experiencia generalEveryone there is very helpful & nice.
DEBORAH J | Experiencia generalMoving is difficult enough without these kinds of issues. I don't want to sound opinionated. Here are the facts: 1) the neighboring unit is leaking some kind of fluid, possibly battery acid into my unit. The amount of dirt entering the unit is unbelievable. My stuff was in the unit for about 3 weeks and dirt covered everything! If you look up you can see light entering the roof area. Not direct light, but secondary light. I'm not sure if rain would be able to enter the unit, since it didn't rain, but definitely loads of dirt entered the unit from the top and from the door area. I put several sleeping bags in front of the door and it only helped a little bit. I also put cardboard boxes on the floor to make it tolerable. The road to the unit, and on the entire property, is like driving through the Grand Canyon. It has serious potholes and damage everywhere.
Darin M | Experiencia generalTwo ladies that work in the office are super.
