Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe were extremely impressed with the way U-Haul designed this massive storage facility, and with the utmost quality of everything to do with it; the cleanliness, the detail, the pest control, and from the office to the storage unit we were assigned to, every detail was thoughtfully and perfectly planned, the storage units are fairly priced, and it was awesome to see samples of the units in the office on the ground floor, thank you U-Haul!
GUSTAVE J | Primeras impresionesThe reason my rating is so low is because when I change my phone number my online access was never grounded back to me. I did everything that y'all kept telling me to do and it never worked. The monthly rate is ridiculous and only going up. That's why I wouldn't recommend any storage. Not just U-Haul but anybody until the rate go back to reasonably priced. Not having a trash can or dumpster but having it on the signs is ridiculous. Update your signs or bring the dumpster back for the charge.
Buck T | Experiencia generalSomeone stole some important items of mine
Kelvin L | Experiencia generalGreat convenience
Cliff W | Experiencia generalChris does an excellent job managing this UHaul Center.
Johnny C | Experiencia generalOverall I felt ok with your facility. I’m more focused on some of your staff the black guy that works there and the white guy with the funny eye not making fun just trying to describe him they are the most unpleasant people to deal with rude actually I will take my business elsewhere next time I need this type of service. Your prices are way too high and you are raising the prices on top of that shaking my head. No I will not recommend U-HAUL to anyone going forward. Customer service at the front desk leaves a bad taste in my mouth at this particular location. Last you all need to have a place for trash you used to for the price you charge some things get broken during moves that’s the least you can do in my opinion.
angela e | Experiencia generalThe general manager Ronny was rude to me after I was a great renter. I had a flatbed holding the door open and in front of my kids and another customer he said “we can not have this door open or I’ll restrict you from this property do you understand. My experience soul of been amazing if it wasn’t for that encounter.
Keagan w | Experiencia generalThe manager, Ronnie, is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have found that with some of the employees, this is not the case.
