David S | Overall ExperienceThe price kept raising every time i turned around. Employees always pridessional, helpful, and very kind. However my family did not feel safe as we witnessed homeless people, prostitutes and drug addicts using a code instead of keycards to enter the gates and building. A couple of times we sat in our vehicle and watched and were afraid to go inside to our unit. We watched a couple people pry the gate open to get out bcuz they were clearly let in by someone else and were on foot and seemingly homeless.

Cawanna W | Overall ExperienceMy only criticisms would be the hours and the garage doors. The doors frequently get jammed or caught up on itself or the internal mechanisms while opening. As for the hours, I work nights and sometimes need to get into my unit but it’s after hours. I think a 24 hr schedule would be fantastic! We also got locked out once, a little before 10 I think, when the posted hours are until 11pm
Sarah C | Overall ExperienceAt first I thought this was going to go south after 3 mins walking in and them telling me they didn’t have the storage unit I reserved. I either had to get a smaller one which wouldn’t work or a huge one I didn’t need and was $40 more a month then what I reserved and planned but they did offer me my first month free, which was nice. But I would maybe make sure what it says is available online really is available and maybe give the customer a heads up before they come in. But they were all very kind, and easy to deal with.
