But the building has rodents roof was leaking causing lots of damage to furniture the insurance will only cover $1000 for the cost of the storage I had for a year and it being climate controlled I would think it was in good hands but for the way I got furniture back I would have just left it in a shed

Larry D | Overall ExperienceDespite that many of my most valuable goods were stolen at the beginning of the rental period and that the investigation by administration as well as local detectives went blank, the facility is good, convenient, clean, and friendly, my belongings were well preserved with few exceptions due to water damage(mild) and after two years there was no rodents, roaches or bad climate related damages. Camaras where apparently not helpful in the investigation; I’m personally convinced this was an internal affair treated with a very convenient negligence.

Laura went out of her way to explain the process. The young man was so kind. He even showed me how to access my storage room (he walked me over and did a live demo). Now that’s primo service! Moving is stressful but your helpful Uhaul staff really relieved my anxiety.
