Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis is the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a storage unit ever the staff is incredibly helpful. Always the general manager is the best in the business. She has helped me out several times as well as the other staff the restrooms dumpsters, and everything around the facility are always perfectly clean. The snow removal in the winter time is great. Can’t say enough good things about this place and it’s very helpful to have.
Greg B | Experiencia generalGreat experience will be back in the spring!!
Nicole C | Experiencia generalNeed to snow plow more often. I was unable to get into my unit multiple times.
Fabian J | Experiencia generalI liked everything about our Uhaul storage experience except for one thing. The pull to put the door in the lock position, (the thing you put the lock on) is very very stiff. You need pliers of some sort to grab on and forcefully open and close. I never felt like I could access our unit on my own and always needed my husband to come help.
Kathleen H | Experiencia generalVery helpful employee! I’m glad that I found you.
JANICE C | Primeras impresionesThe app was very easy to use and navigate.
Kristy K | Experiencia generalIt was so easy to get the storage and the staff has always been so very helpful during the entire time I had the storage . I could not have asked for a better experience and will strongly recommend Uhaul to all my friends.
TAMMY P | Experiencia generalThank you for maintaining a clean environment. It was perfect for our needs while transitioning to our new home, and the online registration was so easy and very convenient.
Jennifer N | Experiencia generalWorried about the pricing going up alot of people can't afford the price hike.there are so many storage companies up here to look at may be cheaper.
FRANK R | Experiencia generalThank you for making the process of storing things at your facilities easier.
MONICA N | Experiencia generalJolena was very easy to work with and had me on my way in no time even know they were busy
James G | Primeras impresionesTher is damage to the door on the outside garage door I took pictures before I opened it and will let them know and show them the damage it makes it hard to open it. Unit E8 in Hancock Mi. Mike Lister did a great Jop helping me. Great crew in Atlantic Mine Mi
FRANK R | Primeras impresionesThe roof on my storage unit leaked in three different spots. My furniture got a bit moldy. The staff was always very helpful, but my minimum expectation for a storage unit is that it stays DRY!
Beth B | Experiencia generalThe unit was fine , but when it had snowed there was snow in the unit ,
