Great service! We arranged 4 our units long distance. Due 2 availability we had 2 reserve multiple units. Upon arrival,we asked if any bigger units had become available:yes & they chnged it no prob!

U-haul employees were great. A customer blocked the driveway a long time and made rude gestures to me. You shouldn’t have mad violent people like that driving your trucks. It’s a road rage liability.

I know you don’t want people living in the storage units but you need vending machines or water available for people. It’s 113 outside and we ran out of water.
