People please go to school or make the necessary changes in life so you can do something you want to do in life. That way you won’t be at a job with bad vibes. RAUL S | Overall ExperienceThe people and facilities are excellent!! Where U-Haul fails is let people know that you require insurance info, phone numbers, addresses, … . This is too time consuming to do at the desk at the facility! Is this available online? I came from another state to live in AZ, we have no one that can receive calls from U-Haul . I think some of this questionable info. Great people and excellent facility but it is too much bs to get a unit. Please review this process and make it easier for your customers , the lines get long and you get irate customer are made to weight. I weighted once only to find out my truck was taken by someone in front of me! I left To go to another facility after waiting 20 minutes when the line was not moving! Thanks for listening.
