Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI don’t move my things in until late November, closing on December 1. Very impressed with woman who answered phone and helped me book my unit. Used this facility last year when I thought my house was going to sell, but didn’t. Space is clean, my unit easy for movers to use, and like how everything works from entering the space, opening the unit door and the easy to use app. Hope to move in the spring.
Sandra Z | Primeras impresionesI had an absolutely abhorrent experience at this location. Due to reasons i will not mention, i was unable to return to the apartment i shared with my girlfriend, and juvenile and infant Daughters. While forced to live out of my car, and at times hotels, i decided it would be convenient to acquire a storage unit to house necessities and helpful items i could not conveniently keep in my car, while using it as a bedroom. While out of state on some temporary employment, i had some form of seizure, perhaps due to a 3 year long, continuous health problem, causing an accident which totaled my automobile. Upon returning, i began accessing my unit, rather than carry the then significant amount of necessary items with me. One night, while organizing my unit, i felt faint, and laid down, falling asleep. This seemed convenient, so after searching for employment i repeated this housing arrangement a handful of other times. I had never bothered reading the plentiful pages of small print, which apparently prohibits this practice, though leaves some discretion as to the consequences. After my app failed to open the main door, i was notified by the local manager that the regional manager was aware and did not approve, i was informed that i would be forced to contact her whenever i required access. Unfortunately for me, i had just paid the $133.89? Rent for the following month. After following these restrictions for around 20 days, the local manager informed me that i could now gain access as agreed and stipulated in the contract, but would be forced to physically sign in and out, only while she was on site. The second night of this, i inadvertently found my self with health problems, exiting the bathroom at 5:30pm. I left my pack in the unit, and began walking to again attempt to find employment. After walking roughly 5 minutes, I received a call and multiple text messages from the local manager, informing me that the regional manager and herself had been notified. I texted back the circumstances, mentioned prior, and that I understood. Upon leaving after retrieving my pack, and supplies from my unit at approximately 9:00 pm, one hour prior to closing and 7 days before my rent was up, i was stopped by a police officer, told that i was to be “trespassed” from the facility. Now, i would face arrest and prosecution were i to attempt to retrieve my survival necessary items without a court sanctioned order.
RICHARD C | Mudanza en líneaJocelyn and Amanda were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They helped my brother with the uhaul van rental and helped us save time and headaches and then assisted us on site to another storage unit when it was evident that we were going to need another unit because we had too much stuff. They were very helpful when needing to pick everything up and close out the account. We will be back soon when we move our next unit later this year. Thanks for your help!
Max A | Experiencia generalAn amazing facility! I needed a small unit for transitional living and was greeted with prompt friendly service. Exactly what I needed. Thank you U-Haul (as always tip-top!)
George T | Primeras impresionesSorry for such a short rental but your staff was very friendly and professional. I will be sure to use you facilities agin the future. Thank you!
Martin W | Experiencia generalJacquline was amazing. So personable, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and kind. She’s just great!
Patrick M | Primeras impresionesLocation is convenient and the storage space itself is clean and well maintained. Security is great and I feel confident my items will be kept securely. Location has water and a bathroom which is a huge plus when visiting the site. Pricing is great. Would recommend this location.
