Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulSteve and staff were very helpful, efficient, and expeditious in meeting my needs. Explained the hows, when, where, and whys. Very accommodating and professional. I was and am very grateful for all the help recieved and the years of safe guarding my stuff!
Karin K | Experiencia generalThe only problem is the cost
KELVIN B | Experiencia generalPoor communication with the staff. They were always friendly but couldn't ever switch my due dates
George W | Experiencia generalThe staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. A gentlemen by the Name of Arthur and two other men, a young white male and an older African American male were my contacts. They were extremely helpful, professional communicative and eager to help. Based on my great experience, I would always choose U-haul over any other company when choosing these services. Thanks.
Infinite H | Primeras impresionesNo issues here
Joseph H | Experiencia generalThe young man who helped me at the South Willow St, Manchester NH Uhaul was phenomenal, went over and above which doesn't happen very often anymore, thank you very much you made things easier for me.
CHRISTINE B | Experiencia generalCharles was an absolute pleasure to work with
BRIAN H | Primeras impresionesWe chose this place because of location we were moving from. We got water damage on a lot of out boxes we discovered when we left. They were in the back right side on the floor, left side had large and plastic items. We noticed a smell in the beginning and purchased mold eliminator containers for the unit and changed them many times. but we still got damage on our back lower boxes. Not good for household items to be stored. Maybe good for tools or garage equipment. Units need to be resealed, and door need to be weather sealed many crickets and bugs were in our unit each time we went there. Employees there were very friendly and kind. Good people bad grounds. Needs to be overhauled with all the income coming in they need to put something back into the very old, unsealed damaged property. My things are important that was why I paid for storage feel very disappointed now that I have been able to get my things back.
