Carroll R. | Overall ExperienceThe entire time we were there we could not get ahold of anyone and when we did the lady was rude on the phone. Then we had leaking in our storage and we called the insurance company they said not enough damage was done so that was not helpful and we were never notified of damage in our unit. We then went and noticed someone came Into our unit and tried to use a bucket to catch dripping water and we were never notified. But we were always quick to be notified about our payment
