JEANETTE H | Overall ExperienceU-haul was misleading by advertising the site as 24x7 move in and access. It was not. The franchisee was completely understanding and gave us a refund. Hey U-haul, 24x7 contactless rental is useless when we have an emergency at 1AM and the building is only accessible during business hours. Full marks to the on-site proprietors, misleading advertising and advisement from I-haul itself.
