Problems with the gate. Changed my reservation at the last minute. I've been a customer of U-Haul for 30 years. And probably won't use them again. They put unnecessary stress on my move.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe lighting was not good and the gate was never locked. Otherwise the move in was great.
Coleen H | Mudanza en líneaMove in process was very very efficient!!
Michael H | Mudanza en líneaI was very Happy to know that I could store the extra belongings for free and come back at a later date to pick them up. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with.
Darlene A | Experiencia generalConstruction prevented me from accessing my unit. The notice i was given was day of construction nothing prior. This ended up costing me a second moving fee of 800 dollars. Uhaul willing to do nothing for me other than a free month of rent. When uhauls lack of communication cost me almost 1000 dollars
AARON A | Experiencia generalThe Staff in Casper Wyoming are absolutely the best.
Misty R | Primeras impresionesYou locked my unit without my permission at your purchase, required me to stop at your office and arrange for lock to be cut off at myvexoencse and when I move out you make me get the lock you put on and deliver to office to terminate my lease--- this is wrong and all about you and not the customer. Not right
