Had to call Lawton office to get my account straight. Has a new manager so things MIGHT get better but buyer, beware!

BILL R | Experiencia generalStorage unit was very dirty, cob webs and mouse droppings everywhere. Has a 4" wide gap in back wall, open to outside. Charged an " admin" fee for what? Does not allow partial months rent. Now wants me to do a move out evaluation when I am just moving in.
