On site employee was very nice and helpful. She helped us find extra carts making unloading the truck and moving into our storage space alot easier.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulCost was biggest factor. I left this location for another location at a 90 a month savings. Really the only complaint I had.
PATRICK B | Experiencia generalThe facility was beautiful, but it was a very big inconvenience when the space that I was reserved for was not available when I got there and I had to go to another location to a small unit. It was a very big inconvenience and they told me this happens all the time because it’s really on a first come first serve basis which they don’t tell their customers. Other storage facilities before and I’m not sure if I was using U-Haul again knowing that this could possibly happen when I’ve rented with prime storage the unit I reserved was the unit I got.
