There was never anyone on site at the facility. There was never a cart in the building to assist moving items from my unit all the way at the back of the building. Sometimes the automatic doors into the building did not open after access was granted. I did receive the help I needed from Amber at the New Raleigh Road location.
ANNA R | Overall ExperienceUhaul location did not have my reservation. Called national hotline, they confirmed they could see my reservation. THe location did not have any units available. Had to make another reservation at a different location. Person on the phone (kim) was helpful but gave me the wrong address for the new location.
Aaron W | First ImpressionsCommunication is awful. I was locked out of my unit with a tag that said it was for non payment. I waited over half an hour for someone to come unlock it who told me it was because I had the wrong lock on it. I wasn't notified at all that the wrong was incorrect and had to deal with the stress of wondering if my items were even still in the unit. When asked the guy on staff over the phone who I would talk to if I had any issues with my belongings he pretended like he didn't work for the company???? I was then locked out of my unit again the same day during the move out process because of some issue with the key pad. Their operation is horrible. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately the seldom seen staff at Sedwick location wasn’t very accommodating and probably the reason no one was ever onsite . Thankfully the main location was always available via phone .only needed to communicate with a person on site once but she had no clue and I ended up calls the main location and Josh was amazing 👍🏽👍🏽
Carlos F | Overall ExperienceJust bad. Truck rental bad. Moved out online 2 weeks previous then get notification about payment being due as move out was never processed. Someone called me about the “wrong lock,@ didn’t tell me which unit. Then said I had to have a uhaul lock. No I have to have a disc lock and web site specifically says it does not have to be purchased from haul. Seems like Nobody there has a clue. Can’t wait to finish moving out of my other unit and be done
