Just bad. Truck rental bad. Moved out online 2 weeks previous then get notification about payment being due as move out was never processed. Someone called me about the “wrong lock,@ didn’t tell me which unit. Then said I had to have a uhaul lock. No I have to have a disc lock and web site specifically says it does not have to be purchased from haul. Seems like Nobody there has a clue. Can’t wait to finish moving out of my other unit and be done

Laura C | First ImpressionsStorage was great experience, but trying to get a reserved uhaul truck was horrible experience, there was no one at location and when I and 800# called the number indicated for this site, the staff was rude and said they were at a differnt location altogether...there were others experiencing same...Website needs to be corrected if no one is going ti be there
Wonda B | Online Move InI tried calling several times throughout the day to set up a storage unit and each person I talked to wasn’t able to answer my questions or properly set me up. When I arrived, the clerk was very friendly and definitely tried her best but did not have all of the training needed to successfully manage my move in. I wasn’t told where the unit was. I was told it was on the outside and I didn’t know how to access the unit. I wasn’t given a lock right away and there was only one measly cart to move a huge truck into the unit. Thankfully, I got another later from another unit from the clerk. They did not tell me about the “check out” process when you leave the premise and I was worried i would get a fine, I still don’t know what that process looks like so hopefully no fine will be coming. Jeremy did answer my phone calls but the process to move in was unprofessional and unhelpful overall. I’m glad for his help but i’m glad we were able to move in. At the end of the day people were friendly and I’m glad it’s all set now.

They did not process my move out request, charged me again, and added a late fee. Was able to resolve with customer service line but shouldn’t have needed to go that far for a simple move out.
