I reserved a 10x10 storage unit online, only to arrive and find that I had been assigned two separate 5x10 units instead. That is NOT what I reserved. There was absolutely no communication about this change beforehand, and I only discovered it when my movers were already there and ready to unload. At that point, I had little opportunity to resolve the issue without delaying the entire moving process. If you're going to advertise and allow customers to reserve a 10x10 unit, that's what they should receive. At the very least, customers should be notified in advance if they're being given something different. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Rusty B | Experiencia generalMost instructions for the pin pads are pretty Well explained. However, May I need more instructions for the alarm removals, When moving in and out of storage unit. There were a few times I thought I did the pin pad correctly but the alarm still went off... May just need to be more thoroughly explained... One of the best options offered is the around the clock access... As someone who travels often, This was a super important feature , and I cannot thank you enough!
Katherine D | Experiencia generalVery clean facility with easy in/out access. I would definitely recommend this facility for your storage needs.
Kevin D | Experiencia generalGood job!!!
NARGIZA A | Experiencia generalOne of the best storage facilities in the area.
ALAN B | Primeras impresiones1st month free was a no brainer. I came in instantly.
COURTNEY F | Primeras impresionesQuick Question I moved out the 20th ten days before my billing cycle.I paid the whole month rent on the first I was wondering how do I get the payment back for the ten days I didn’t use Thank You
TIMOTHY R | Experiencia generalThe code box for the building did not work the day I was moving in. Finally I got it to work after 45 minutes the emergency number on the sign at the storage that I called did not work at all. The person sent me to voicemail and did not return my calls. When I got in I had resets 10x10 and the gave me 2 5x10 spaces right next to each other. Which I said that was fine. I called and asked why they rented me a space they did not have and the women could not answer me. But that was fine. Then fast forward to two weeks later we went to the storage and my code did not work. I went on the app and it said that I had been moved out! I called U-Haul the next day and they did not know what happened. She said she would find out and call me back. No call after 3 hours. I then called back and she said that my stuff was moved out cause I only had one unit locked. The other one did not have anything in it yet so I did not put a lock on it and because of that they moved BOTH of my units out and took my stuff! I was so upset! She said that my stuff was back in and now it was ok. BUT that is NOT ok at all! I asked her why no one called me and why this happened. She was SO rude and said “ listen LADY your stuff is back in there and the problem is solved” I told her she can’t talk to me like that and I want a manager. She then put me on hold and no one picked up no manager can to the phone so I hung up. I will be calling today and hopefully they can tell me what happened. Also I am not even sure if all my stuff is there. MAJORITY unhappy with this whole process VERY unhappy!
