Brian T | Primeras impresionesThe DM (Mr.Weston) was very helpful to resolve the issue of safe access to my storage due to homeless individuals living in there with 5 pit bulls. The manager Ryan is a liar and only cared that the homeless was paying rent fees. After DM resolved my issues and based on advise given to me. I decided to move my items out so I would not have to deal with the local manager again. Part of the resolution was that the DM waived all of my fees, yet when I went to move my things out there was a secure padlock on it saying that I did not pay the rent. I had to call Mr. Westin, who took care of the situation right away yet I’m still receiving bills for the storage space that the fees were all waived so if that could be remedy, that would be great. I do not care to have any more to do with the U-Haul on beltline ever however that would not deter me from using other locations if I deem necessary as I have had good dealings with U-Haul in general, but there was no excuse for this situation. It could’ve put me or others in danger going in there with all those dogs so I just opted not to go there anymore to be safe. A huge thank you to Mr Weston as he went above and beyond an anticipated resolution.

Datie P | Experiencia generalWell, the self storage facility was wonderful your corporate office forgot to mention after all the interaction I had with them that the office at the self storage location was closed after going there three times and no one being there there wasn’t a sign that said that you had to drive way up to the blocks to get to the actual office. This caused a huge problem with my movers and the time that they were allowed to move us it also caused a problem for the truck driver who had to sit there and wait for me to drive up to the actual office location and I did file a complaint with your corporate office about this issue. The staff at the office of self storage was very friendly. This was not their fault. It was your corporate office‘s fault for not relaying the proper information to the moving parties and for they’re not being a sign in the window of the self storage off attached to the office, not providing the correct information to me caused me such anxiety and stress from moving all weekend and then trying to get into a self storage also the self storage that was provided to me was very small in accordance to what I had told them I had for items to be moved However, these general manager of the facility provided me promptly with a larger unit. I am looking for a resolution from your company, some sort of acknowledgment of this error.

After driving 3.5 hrs to get their and hiring uhaul movers to help unload I was surprised to find they had given me to smaller units that would not work for me. Turns out they didn't have what I reserved. I had to go to a different storage location using up my paid hrs of labor with all the confusion and ended up paying much higher price
