Thank you for providing a place to safely keep my items until I got my home. The best storage location around here in the area, the only thing would be to have more reasonable prices and an elevator for the second floor. But other than that will definitely recommend uhaul for storage especially Jim Miller and 175. Also the manager and staff at this location always helpful and so friendly with me
Anabel M | Overall ExperienceI really feel like we were robbed of the items placed in this storage unit at your facility. I in fact was the one who called and set up this unit for a family member and the person who helped me over the phone mistakenly put the unit in my name. the unit was supposed to have been placed in my aunts name... That's why her credit card was used to make the first payment. But once I realized that I was the sole person listed on the unit, I wanted my name off. I was told that my aunt would be given a chance to come and sign for the unit. That opportunity was never given. Instead the unit was set up for auction. Tho I called to get the unit paid off in full, I was told that it was too late, even tho the auction had not been done yet. I feel like you all knew of this loop hole and took advantage of us, and robbed us of our belongings. It's a shame to know that people are this down low and dishonest.
DONALD R | Overall ExperienceI feel that your price for a storage unit is too high for that size . CubeSmart is charging me $41.00 a month. Your storage unit doesn’t have an elevator for the physically disabled people at all. You need to offer better access inc points as well.

Had to get An additional storage facility and an additional U-Haul rental plus charged the wrong prices for my situation. I’ve booked will U-HAUL a lot but this experience was the worse of them all, I will not recommend U-HAUL to any one going forward
