Katherine S | Experiencia generalExtremely helpful and courteous staff.
Katherine S | Primeras impresionesClean facility. Staff is very friendly and very helpful.
Theresa N | Primeras impresionesVery clean, safe, and management is friendly, helpful, and honest!
Anne D | Experiencia generalI love uhaul and it was close to me do I could go anytime I wanted. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
Donata B | Experiencia generalExcellent facility. Clean and secure.
Rick K | Experiencia generalBathroom needs to be cleaned more frequently.
Chris P | Experiencia generalWe were thoroughly impressed with the facility. Would highly recommend it. Also used their truck rental which was top-notch!!
Judy M | Experiencia generalPerfect
Wayne K | Experiencia generalRented for almost 4 years, when I finally cleaned my stuff out not a single items was affected by pests or molds! Ladonna ( I think was her name) was amazing in assisting me with the closing of my unit.
Savannah D | Experiencia generalThe facility is clean and operable - however, the staff is the shining star at this location. They were more than helpful for the time I had a unit there. I will come back if and when I need their services in the future.
Kyle N | Experiencia generalHighly recommend this facility. Everything was excellent and the staff was always helpful and kind
Chris T | Experiencia generalCassie and her team is amazing. While super busy, she took the time to make sure my auto transport was secure because the uhaul place in Oshkosh on Ohio street did it wrong and took $20 from us. Great team and service.
Ryan K | Experiencia generalChanged access ability without notification and never answered texts or calls after hours.
JENNIFFER O | Experiencia generalThe website was super simple to navigate. My daughter is moving out of state for school and i just needed something small, clean, and climate controlled so this was perfect. The whole process took only 10 minutes and I was able to go there and unpack. I ultimately chose this location because of the amazing staff videos showing you the process and when I went in the gentleman that helped us eagerly did so without hesitation. The building is clean and they have signage everywhere to help answer some of the more common questions customers might have. All in all, I am impressed and I'm very glad I choose to get a unit here.
