With location enabled on my phone sitting inside the location at the counter my location could not be found. Also when I returned the truck rental my location could not be found - with repeated attempts at various settings. Extremely frustrated when the video shows how easy it is. How about requiring all locations to have wifi access to properly return your property.

This is the best quality place to pick up and drop off any uhaul rental and I’d highly recommend it. Add in the option for storage in a temp controlled facility that is clean, has great staff, and easy to get to.....this is the Uhaul team.

The check engine and oil light were on, the dash was falling off and the steering was so loose, it was very hard to drive. I tried for 45 mins to get the remote check in to work and could not. I also put gas back in and was charged a fuel expense and a mileage expense when the miles were included.

Key fab would not fit into the 24-7 lock box upon returning the vehicle. I I was never notified this would be a problem nor told there was a 1-800 help line. So I kept the keys to return the next day after work at 11 since I had to be at work 6:30 the U-Haul store doesn’t open until 7. I then received a phone a call threatening if I didn’t return the key fab within an hour I would be charged. I left work and drove the 20 mins back to the store. So now I’m late for work as a direct result of your companies lack of common sense!!! I will never use your company and will smear your name to everyone I know!!

We rented an auto carrier that was coated with snow, which we had to remove. The tire straps were very worn and should have been replaced before being rented out. We dealt with two different personnel. It seemed the second personnel was writing another contract for the auto carrier.

Initial reservation for pick up at 9:00am was not complied with. I made the reservation in August. The trailer should have been ready at the original time and location. . .BUT Kaleigh Kacyon, MGR at Du Pere (and the telephone agents) made it happen, BUT at 11:00am. All in all, it went well and Kaleigh Kacyon is an asset to your business.

Very quick service. I didn't have to lift a finger. Will use this location for all future rentals.

I waited over an hour before I was waited on. It took 20 minutes to process a reservation I made for a trailer. The location was understaffed with people who were new on the job. I think management put these poor folks in a bad situation due to poor training, poor staffing or poor systems resulting in a poor customer experience for myself and the 5 others waiting that day. Kudos to Jay and Joe for hanging in there and taking care of the customers.

Customer service was great. I did receive a lot of text messages. I turned in my truck after-hours and was concerned when I was texted a drop-off time for end of business hours. But overall, using a U-Haul saved me time and a lot of money if I would have used another service.

They assigned wrong truck number in my contract and due to that wrong charge happend to my card and still not resolved even contacted the customer service and really disappointing the service

Started out at the Main St Uhaul at 8:00 am and didn't get my truck (which I reserved in August) until 10:20 from the Mid Valley Dr location. Wasn't the workers fault, they kept losing connections, pay system kept going down, lost keys..etc. Staff tried to make it right, however have never been so frustrated. Came down the Woodbury, MN for this move with 7 people and roughly a 2.5 hour delay.

We had reserved our rental for pickup on main street in green bay. Upon arrival we were sent across town. We needed the trailer rental for to haul our DJ equipment for a wedding. When we arrived we were further delayed for nearly an hour while only one person was was working on that site. We were late to for our event!!

1. UHaul main web site shows 10ft truck has a ramp. The truck does not have this. Sent screen shots of all web pages to social media team re false advertising. 2. Order of truck was missing dolly. 3. Took three phone calls and 2 return visits to get it all straight.

The trailer worked well although it had one wheel with excessive rust. The rust was not jut on the surface, it had decayed over time. This was a concern when travelling 12 hours with cargo. The rubber bungee for the fender to be held upright also was fatigued and did not work. This trailer needs maintenance.

the service by the manager at this location was excellent. however the information on the website left a lot to be desired. The website did not inform me of the higher weekend mileage rates and did not include the wheel bumps in the measured interior dimensions. this is of importance when trying to move a large bookcase that is 7' x 55". the 9' & 10' van/truck were 5.5-6' wide, but only 54" wide between the tires.

The only problem I had was when I dropped off the trailer after store hours, the clerk said it was easy just follow the instructions on the sign. Well it was everything but easy! I could not get the log on to work, so after calling the 800 number and having a very nice lady help me through it, with a different log in than the one posted on the sign and a half hour later I was able to drop my trailer. it was very frustrating...
