The unit was advertised as 5 x 5 x 10. I dare say it is not actually 5 feet inside of the walls. I guess if you count to the outer most portion of that wall it is 5 feet but that wall space can't be used to account for a piece of furniture that is close to or exactly 5 feet! Actual unobstructed floor space should be used for all measurements!

Renee at the office was very helpful, as I was out of state and needed movers to clear our the unit. She called me to make sure the movers were who they said they were and coordinated moving our items out of the unit. Excellent follow up and great service! Thank you! Carol Buehler

Excellent experience, but I did find the need to input my security code into a separate security panel after using that code to check in a little confusing. Only because I did not see that panel at first glance, perhaps a sign above it would be slightly more effective.

Facility is always very clean and staff is always amazingly helpful! We have used this facility for 7 years straight and have always had a a great experience with staff and ease of facility use.

The local staff and manager Renee were great. My problem was with the system/call center who reserved a unit for us that was not actually available. I had an email confirmation and Renee found my reservation, but the unit reserved hadn’t been available in months. I arrived with a truck full of furniture and six people to unload only to discover that my reservation was worthless. Luckily, Renee found us another unit!

If it would’ve been something that was easy to do, we would’ve left this location from the get-go. My husband is a disabled veteran, and even though you your website says that a veterans discount is specific to each store this store did not honor a military discount. They not only didn’t offer the military discount but they hiked up our rent every single year at least five dollars. There was a man living in the unit as a result many of our belongings were destroyed with mice infestation due to the food and everything left in the other tenants’ unit/apartment. The access hours were supposedly until 10 PM but an alarm with sound as soon as we enter the building anytime after seven. Up until this last year it was impossible to get a hold of somebody by phone at that location should a situation arise in often it did there was always U-Haul trucks and trailers parked give me no vehicle access to where our unit was.

Had a question and called. Recording is ridiculous. Long speech and then extra long wait. Had to go twice before could get an answer.
