The prices for even a small 5x10 where 20 dollars more then others.
kayla h | Overall ExperienceAccess was the only problem we had at times. We came by during the open hours on the weekend and an employee actually locked someone inside without checking to see what they were bring out! They were taking out big pieces of furniture and narrowly got it thru the door. We were right in the middle of moving furniture out ourselves and had to wait till the next day even tho we were supposed to have access thru the big doors. This was at 6:30 pm and the employee who didn't identify himself just walked by us not saying a word. Please tell your employees to identify themselves and tell people what they are doing when they lock the big doors! Otherwise, the people at the front desk were wonderful, friendly and super helpful!

DEBY D | Overall ExperienceThe Coeur D Alene, Idaho indoor storage unit is very clean and maintained very well. Easy access for unloading and loading my moving boxes. The moving carts and large elevator are a bonus. Good lighting and security key pad for added safety. I appreciated the climate control unit which cost a few dollars extra. The convenience of purchasing moving supplies onsite was very helpful. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. If needed for future storage, I would definitely return to U-Haul storage.
