michael m | Primeras impresionesThe only thing that I could say about this place is, when the rainy season started, they would fill the garage with storage units. That would make it to where the customer could not use them to load and unload. And those were the biggest times that people would need that space.. other than that everything was great and everyone was great

Jessica S | Experiencia generalI ended up making a change to a different unit over the phone. A charge for the original unit was on my credit card as Pending. That charge stayed on my card. I assume that will be reversed (after I contact U-Haul) but I would have appreciated it being corrected while it was still Pending.

Janice S | Experiencia generalThe representative was very helpful and pleasant to work with compared to the representative I dealt with like a month ago when I rented a truck and paid cash and told him that I’ll be back at 7 o’clock with the truck. I got right at 7 o’clock and the representative refused to open the drawer to give me my money that are coming back the other way trying to get her to open the drawer and she refused and was very rude so I’m much more happier with the customer service that I received when I went this very friendly very helpful and outgoing, but if that other lady is ever working, I will not not do any business while she’s working
