Location was convenient, getting in and out of there was not a problem. My only complaint would be the 20 dollar rate increase.

Hard to get through to local storage facility by phone
Karen M | First ImpressionsThe employees were kind and helpful! I do wish that the first time that I was at the facility to sign up that I was explained to how to activate my access card! I had to call for help! Also the map wasn't clear as to how to get into the facility! Maybe the people in the office haven’t been to the storage facility! It was very confusing! They did not give clear directions!
