The move in day was a disaster. We got locked in the elevator for about 20 mins but after that the alarm kept going off. Then had to return the next day to move into a larger unit which went very well. Thanks to the 2 men that were there to help me.

Over the years my credit card changed and management was always attentive to my needs. The climate control kept my precious items safe. Thank you for my first and only storage unit use

DAVID E | Overall ExperienceThe best thing about this particular Uhaul facility is the Employees. Sylvester and his team is Wonderful and accommodating. I started moving from storage on Saturday September 21st in What should have been a two day move. The Elevator kept breaking down I was stuck several times and it was a nightmare! The people that came from out of town to help me were stuck also. One person lost his job because we were stuck on the elevator several times and when we finally got downstairs we were both sickened by the entire ordeal. Throwing up and all. The whole facility needs to be rebuilt. I was in this building for 5 years and have always had problems with the Elevator breaking down. Yes, my truck rental was free, but I’m now traumatized and I keep thinking about what would’ve happened if I had been there alone. I’m so out done with this whole situation.
