Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI canceled it on momday. I paid $20 for the reserve. I still haven't seen it put back into my account.
gina j | ReservaciónVery clean storage unit when I moved in, I was shocked that I had that you guys provided a lock. I was really happy about that cause I forgot to buy one there was enough room for me to move around with my bobtail which is the front end of a tractor trailer just without the trailer so I was in there got everything off my truck and stored away thank you guys for the opportunity to use your guys and the place was well kept and very appealing
Robert F | Reservaciónexcellent experience the manager at the location is excellent
Blayz B | Experiencia generalMiranda was very helpful.
Karen K | Experiencia generalEvery time I’ve needed a storage unit Budget has been there. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
Briana B | Experiencia generalOutstanding customer service !
MICHAEL S | Experiencia generalThis is the worst place ever the people are rude disrespectful n lie I never moved out of my unit they sold my unit I tired for 4 days to call no one ever answered until the day they sold my unit
Kelly D | Experiencia generalWe have rented units at this facility before and would again.
Michael L | Experiencia generalCan you please give me a call @ [redacted]
kevin F | Experiencia generalI clicked 'no' to the second question regarding the facility being secure and well lighted. To specify more, It was secure. However, more lighting would be much more beneficial if people need to go to their unit at night. It will also provide a stronger sense of security. Overall, everything else was great. Thank you!
Rachael C | Experiencia generalTried to make multiple payment arrangements and literally give them money but it wasn’t good enough unless it was in full so then the bill just accumulated higher. Rude woman who answers the phone.
Fadi f | Experiencia generalOffice manager was very good to work with and excellent at communicating with me as a customer
Richard W | Experiencia generalGreat place to store stuff.. thank you
