KATHERINE C. | Overall ExperienceThere was no lighting in the units themselves which did not help with either moving in or out. The office in Berryville closed which meant all transactions were done over the phone beginning in Jan. 2021. On the phone the staff seemed friendly enough, but then I get a notice of a payment contracted without my permission for a month I was not in the unit. I moved out June 27, 2021, but was charged for the month of July. You took the deposit of $25.00 and charged me $100.00 on the 3rd of July. Even if this is due to late reporting of my moving out $125.00 for 3 days seems a bit excessive. That is another months rent for the unit. Not finding that very customer friendly.
