Thank you, U-Haul!!! From the beginning to the end of using your company, I have had no issues. Thank you to Carol King!! She was so helpful from the very beginning. I would recommend this U-Haul in Benton Harbor to anyone looking for a storage facility. Has a helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable as well. Thank you!!

Erik H | Overall ExperienceI would have rated this UHaul facility higher, however, things have been going downhill since we first rented a unit over a year ago. The card reader in the back of the building by the ramp wouldn't work and I was given excuses as to why that was. Because it wouldn't work I had to go around to the front of the building and use that card reader. Also the flat cart went missing in the building making it difficult to transport heavier/bigger pieces. The facility was clean, but not well maintained as mentioned previously. The door by the ramp also was difficult to get open from the outside and we had to use force from the inside to get it opened. A lot of the times, both doors would also be left opened and not shut properly.
