Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNice place and very friendly staff
Lawrence L | Experiencia generalI know the loading dock has rail bumpers to prevent carts from rolling off the dock, but because they are not removable you cannot back up a Uhaul truck and unload directly using the truck's extension walkway. It's quite puzzling how to effectively load or unload a 26 foot truck without tying up the entire loading area and blocking other users at the same time. Sure glad our moving and storage days are over!
Ken C | Experiencia generalAfter 4 years of a Unit, outside of the industry related(Whatcom County Shortage of storage units) price increase from $92.50 a month to $192 a month, it was a good experience. They do offer a Veterans discount, even gave me a month free at the beginning and again last year. I had a bill owing at the end and Uhaul offered a payment forgiveness program. This was huge and I appreciated it immensely.
Joey B | Experiencia generalI had this unit for 20 years. They took great care of my precious things.
CORINNE W | Experiencia generalI have nothing but good things to say about my multiple experiences renting moving trucks and light yard trailers and storage units over the past 17 years. Prices are good and fair. I highly recommend the staff and the facility.
Jonathan G | Experiencia generalThe storage unit was very clean. All my items were never damaged due to the excellent indoor storage that they provide . Staff were very friendly and always kept me updated on my storage unit.
Penny D | Experiencia generalAll support was excellent and I would recommend them for your needs
JAMES C | Experiencia generalEverything was great! Customer Service was awesome! And the help with the carts made the experience way better! Great job U-Haul
Paula W | Primeras impresionesAs a first time storage unit renter I was PLEASANTLY surprised at how easy this was. Staff was very helpful and hours of availability were fabulous. Would recommend!!
KAY O | Experiencia generalThe manager is first rate! His professional and customer service oriented approach bleed through to his team who are first rate. I had dealings with three different staff members all of which provided me with great service. Overall ten stars out of five!
