It would be nice if you had a dumpster so we you had somewhere to put thrash when you clean up your storage. I y is inconvenient because there is not someone on site for customer issues

Also it's hard to contact personal by phone after 5. Had to drive over to the store which closes at 7 to let them know I would have the storage emptied and clean before 12 noon

Eddie C. | Overall ExperienceI'm not having the store and the storage unit ready they made me wait and tell her it was 110° outside to unload my truck of course I couldn't do that so I had to stay another night in a hotel. Then I got there the next morning at 7 AM and again the storage unit wasn't ready to come back at 9:30 wasn't ready went back at 10:30 and finally got a unit and then almost killed myself trying to unload it and get 110° weather. So that was my experience so I can stay another night in order to unload it this morning early
