Truck was dirty, I had to wash the windshield to drive it. I rented a truck and trailer, the truck was in the upper yard and the trailer was in the lower yard. I drove the truck down and had to back the truck up to the trailer. Your employee watched from above and would not help me. No courtesy at all.

Summer SSo convenient. The gentleman helping me made it easy. Got the job done and returned the van in 4 hours. Van was clean. Thank you.
Laurabeth ENot sure where the disconnect occurred, but despite being offered a free extra day and free extra 70 miles I was charged for an extra day and 14.6 extra miles. Hopefully this will be resolved with the dispute.
Keith Sthe lift gate hatch is getting very worn and should be replaced for future use.
