Made the reservation by phone and the lady was friendly and helpful. Pick up and return of item was fast and easy. Gentleman who handled both transactions was helpful and courteous.

Lock the trucks at night. I found either a weed or crack pipe in one of the cup holders. I have a picture of you need more. Was really dissatisfied.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul. My reservation location was moved 4 different times and I ended up having to pick up my truck over an hour away in another state which caused me to have to pay a sales tax. Uhaul was not willing to give me more than a $10 discount for my inconvenience. This caused my move to start 2 hours late and caused us to not be able to use the movers we paid for. Uhaul seriously dropped the ball!!!! Very disappointing!

not much help there...not sure if it was because I rented a trailer rather than a vehicle. Wiring on the unit was sub-par, looked like it had been spliced multiple times...found out the lights were going in and out....was able to use it though

We arrived early and had to wait 1 1/2 hours until the U-Haul website was up and active to be able to rent. Poor service on corporate part. The vendor at the site had no choice but to make us wait.

I was told the truck was full. Looking at the gauge it appeared close. After on driving 20 miles I refueled the truck. 7.7 gallons later the truck was actually full. Owner at the Uhaul said thanks for the gas and was laughing as I walked out. I am thankful that there are other rental options in my area. I will never use this site again and will tell everyone I know, the unethical experience that I had with this location. The sad part about this is that I was warned ahead of time but went there anyway. I guess I will mark this one up to life experience but if you hear a bad review on something maybe listen to what you hear and take your money some place else.

Y Haul needs to put jacks on the trailer so they are easier to handle. They are heavy to pickup and put on the pickup ball.

This is the second time we have used this location and both times had good experiences

The attendant didnt know how to do the rental agreement and didnt help with the tow dolly at all. The paperwork said he should do an inspection prior to departure which he did not even walk out of the store. Also, the left blinker on the trailer went out a few miles into driving putting me at risk for possible traffic tickets. I returned the truck with almost 3/4 of a tank of fuel, I picked it up with 3/8, I believe I should be reimbursed for the extra fuel i provided uhaul with seeing how your "authorized dealers" were clueless and unsafe and the equipment was not fit to use! Terrible experience except when returning the equipment, the attendant was friendly and fast.

The person who checked it out to me kept leaving to check out others instead of finishing my transaction, they refused to do a walk around for damages and the truck was dirty in poor condition. They have on person operating uhaul and the minor mart so it's very inefficient and takes way to long to check out and chevk in the uhaul. Very unprofessional.

I reported that the truck had leaked during the trip in the rain storm. He seemed quite concerned about that. I did tell him that the goods it leaked on was able to get dry without damage. I was lucky to have wrapped my mattress into bags. I was lucky. In Washington, you simply can't and won't rent a truck that leaks in the rain. The cost is too much if the household goods are not protected. This is an equipment failure. All customer service at pick-up and destination were first class.

Truck was supposed to be picked up at 8 PM but apparently it was double booked - this is an online scheduling problem, not the locations problem. I was told by customer service if I wanted the truck that night I would have to drive to the location which is 45 minutes from my house. Not acceptable. Ended up getting the truck the following morning and Elaine might move. I won’t use U-Haul again when I have to rent a truck to move things out of storage. Truck Need a new windshield wipers – they were falling apart.

the vehicle information was wrong but only by a little, the people renting it to me were really nice but the truck was so bad it wasn't even funny, needed a front end alignment, it coughed and spurted a lot.

The truck smelled strongly of cigarettes and it was parked in a dark parking lot which made it difficult to locate the truck number and pretty much impossible to check the truck for damage or issues prior to leaving

The truck was filthy and had a huge pile of blankets on the floor and seat on the passenger side. The light in the back of the truck didn’t work....very difficult to load at night. I filled the truck to full before returning. The gas level was at the F when I pulled out of the gas station but was barely below F when I returned it less than 1/4 mile down the street. I was charged extra for gas. The truck was very old and had over 144,000 miles on it. It was a tough ride. Not happy with the experience at all. Th owner of the store did not walk out and inspect the truck with us like every other place I’ve rented from have. There was another truck parked in our at to get out that we had to move. Not a great experience.

Return lot small and only 1 person there. Site in convenience store so there wasn't much help. She was busy so we had to wait a little while she helped us and other people. Not much you can do about help at a store.
