The cab of the truck smelled terrible. The AC made a weird noise and only stopped if you turned it off completely. Truck ran a little rogh. We had planned to keep the truck until tomorrow and we had more than we thought once we started moving and were just going to pay for more miles but the condition of the truck made us decide to just go ahead and use the miles we paid for and turn it in and will be renting another truck from a different company tomorrow.

Regina YCustomer representative at location could be friendlier.
Laura RKnowledge agent that was meticulous when hooking up and checking the trailer. Very easy location to access no improvement needed will use this location again.
Bradley BCustomer service at pick up was off-putting (must not have been having a good day). Customer service at drop off was excellent (same individual).
