I don’t believe that your customer should be charged for a full day if they are returning it before the full day ends. You should be calculating the amount of hours and distributing the refund. Instead, I feel as if you think it’s easier to just charge the customer for the entire day rather than calculating your losses. That’s not fair to your customers. Find a better way when it comes to lending out your services.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe only problem was when I went to pick up the truck the U-Haul system was not loading and allowing the the transaction to be completed. It was not the location because he was having problems on his tablet and I was having problems on my phone. Neither one of us could get in to complete the transaction so I can pick up the truck. It took over 30 minutes when it should have been a 2 minute thing. U-Haul needs to fix their system.

Darryl MThe process was so quick and easy. The location is really just a gas a station and they have a little tablet that they use for the U-Haul transactions. The man running the place was very polite and I was able to get in, out, and on the road within a few minutes, which would have been even faster if I had done the reservation info online ahead of time. Drop off was just as easy and they emailed me the final receipt a couple hours later. I would definitely recommend this location for your rental truck needs.
