This location is clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. John made certain the whole experience went smoothly and hassle free. All my future business and recommendations will be done exclusively through this location.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulCaleb and John were very helpful in arranging a Friday afternoon pickup as they are not open on weekends. Super friendly guys. Location is rural, away from city (Spokane) traffic.
KEVIN BOnly thing I found odd was that the gas tank upon pickup was not full. I was told upon return to just make sure that there is the same amount of gas left upon drop off. Seemed a bit different than other locations I’ve rented from in the past.
ABE LJust real sketchy
Raquel RWe were rerouted to this location. It's a small cinder block building with a dirty dirt parking lot and no information on what to do for after hours drop. As we are dropping the truck before they opened, this was a problem.
