We were rerouted to this location. It's a small cinder block building with a dirty dirt parking lot and no information on what to do for after hours drop. As we are dropping the truck before they opened, this was a problem.

Everything was perfect
rick dI cannot really say too much about this place because it was closed when we got there and we just did the self service drop off.

ENID LThe owner was not present when I showed up to get the trailer. I waited over an hour to get the rental completed. Zane was the employee on site and he was TERRIFIC! This location was given to me by the representative at 4399 Sunset Blvd. That representative was completely unsatisfactory! After completing the paperwork and connecting the trailer to my vehicle I asked where in Kennwick WA was my drop off. She stated they only do in town rentals. I specifically told her I was going to Kennewick, not Spokane! She said she was new and didn't know that Kennewick was not in Spokane! She quoted me a price of $150.28 for the trailer I was to pick up at Finish Tech. Once I got the paperwork completed at Finish Tech the new price was $167.70! Total frustrating experience!
