It was all self service. I didn’t have to interact with anyone which is a plus

Connie ANo one was there - so we swept out the trailer and left it where we picked it up at. What an unprofessional 'owner.'
Dana BI think there needs to be a person at the pick up location. All the ordered equipment should be at the pick up location as well. The trucks needs to be cleaned.
Doneshia AIt’s a self serve location, I was happy customer service answered my calls the two times I had to call. Super easy process, I really like the smooth rental process. The app kept timing out for me so that was a little annoying. And the truck wasn’t cleaned by previous person which was frustrating.
