No one was there - so we swept out the trailer and left it where we picked it up at. What an unprofessional 'owner.'
Dana BI think there needs to be a person at the pick up location. All the ordered equipment should be at the pick up location as well. The trucks needs to be cleaned.
Doneshia AIt’s a self serve location, I was happy customer service answered my calls the two times I had to call. Super easy process, I really like the smooth rental process. The app kept timing out for me so that was a little annoying. And the truck wasn’t cleaned by previous person which was frustrating.
Tyresa KNo office so I did not get any help with the fact that I did not have the appliance dolly I paid for. I would have made a big fuss about it but my timer already started in order for me to open the back and see there was no dolly so I figured I would see if there was a place to say I didn't get it when i returned the truck. There was not. I was tired from moving all day so I just ate the $10 and was going to forget about it. However, you sent me this survey so now I will say my piece. That wasn't all btw. I also had difficulty getting the truck and it took walking all around the building to find out there was no office even though there are operating hours on google. Then a call that took like 20 minutes, mostly on hold, before I was able to get the truck. The truck was clean, I'll give that to the location if they are the ones that clean them.
