Was scheduled for after hour drop off here. The woman came screaming at me on a golf cart saying I couldnt drop off. The woman whom I tried called 15x in the hour I sat outside on the phone with different employees. Would not recommend this location or staff for anyone else to have the hassle of.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haulcharged 40 dollars for not topping off enough. very arbitrary decision, as i was off 1/16 of a tank
Eric CThere were no instructions on what and where I needed to do things. This was the 1st time every renting a uhaul and would have like some explanation of what would occur upon arriving at the location. I couldn't ask anyone there as the place was closed from what I could tell. I had to call the U-haul number to get assistance as the app also was loading properly. I was finally able to get the lock open and off the key lock to leave the with the truck.
Meganne MApp is really slow. An hour for mobile pickup is bit excessive.
