Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNose porque me mandaron a dejar la traila a este lugar, si sabían que no habrán ese dia domingo , desde que agarre la Traila desde ai ya avía dificultades,
José LWe arrived and couldn't use app. When calling store we were initially told there was a mistake and there was no tru k available for us. Called toll free number and an agent saved out day by reaching out to the mandate teaching them how to read. This delay caused us to be late returning our rental car and incurring extra fees, not to mention the stress and anxiety it caused.
Nicha AMy original reservation was at another location. After confirming 1 hour before pick up, I arrived and was told there was no truck for me. I was then sent to another location for a truck and despite the door stating hours of operation and the neon sign saying “open”. No one was there. When I called, they were in a town 30 minutes away and I would have to check on line. Horrible horrible experience.
Shannon AU-Haul let me book a 26’ truck 2 times and then cancelled both because there wasn’t any available like the system said. Then The 15’ that barely fit my stuff broke down as soon as we got on the road to move.
