Personnel on site were unable to process rental. Had to speak with someone on phone to process pickup. Upon return, had to write my name on a blank piece of paper so that someone offsite could process return.

Jeremy MStarter didnt work. Truck very dirty. Lady at the gas station counter made it exceptionally hard to rent. She wouldn't let me return it without personally showing me all my pictures in the uhaul app. That is not her job. Thats why I chose everything mobile. Terrible experience
Hyatt SUnhappy that UHaul changed our pickup location TWICE, eventually landing on this location that was 30 minutes out of our way. The pickup and drop off via the app were extremely cumbersome. Being that we were in the middle of nowhere for pickup, I was surprised to have any cell service. Not sure what we would’ve done without service and not being able to use the app to take a million different photos of the vehicle to submit. Unlikely to rent from UHaul again.
Wanda AThe owner of the store forged my signature on an authorization form. She also changed the a.ount of my reservation and authorized my card WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL. Rude, unprofessional and disgusting behavior from employee at the store. This company needs to research and investigate who they allow to represent them. I will NEVER attempt to use Uhaul ever again.
