Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI had a reservation for 10:00 AM rental pickup but was told no one was able to help me as the person handling the counter was sick and they had to call some one else in to work. I was finally able to get my rental an hour and a half later. There should be at least one other person to fill in as back up when this type of event happens.
bill mGreat overall experience! The customer service was great at Pick-Rite Thriftway and the truck I rented was clean and drove very smooth. Would recommend!
Patricia BMy best U-Haul experience ever! Thank you for the exceptional U-Haul service by Tayla at PicRite Thriftway store in Montesano, WA.
Mark BI got charged for two days when I was only 2 hours over 24hrs mark.. I would like to see being able to pick up trailer in afternoon if not going to use in morning. Or at least only get charged for half a day if over 24hrs bye a couple hours..
