Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWellll.... I was inundated with phone calls from the person prior renting the vehicle..... un how in the hell would they be handed my phone number?????? Well. Come to find out YOUR associate taking monies at your establishment stold a wallet... and escorted out for grand larceny. Refund the money because this business is scam. They even had the nerve to try to overcharge me but I said absolutely nottttt.... I already paid on line sir!!!! Ughhhh really an unnecessary amount of drama .
Susan HFirst, We ordered the U-Haul from a different location...@A Rentals in Williamsport MD. Thye called us at 3:34pm on Friday to tell us we needed to go to another location...(further away) to pick up the truck. Which we did. Then we needed to go to yet another location further down the road to get the trailer. Rt ( Sunnys. Where we then picked up the trailer. Neither place had anyone to help with a walk around or trailer hook up. We wasted half our loading time getting the truck and trailer. Disapointed!!! As far as the trip...truck ran good and trailer towed nicely.
Leonard Wwas charged 15.00 above the rental fee without informing me. Returned trailer in the afternoon, called the next day to find out why the 15.00 charge and learned it wasn't checked in yet. Got a faulty light indication in my truck. Not a good experience.
