Paul Wstopped in and felt like i was interrupting their day. then when i needed to pick up the vehicle, they called me that morning and told me i had to go to another location to get it, yet when i drove by, they had one on the lot. I called and then they said i could have that one. Then when i returned the vehicle, they tried to blame me for a scratch down the side of the van. They said i should have logged the scratch initially on the text message link that i received when i picked up the vehicle, I never got a text message link. Never logged anything as i didn't receive any notification when i picked it up. They called their GM, and they were told that the location would have to pay for it since nothing was sent to me. Before i left, they put the same van back out on the lot ready to rent. The whole encounter just felt a little shady.
