JIMMIE RI reserved a truck online and when I got my final bill these crooks added fees for after hours services and other charges! I returned the truck and only used for several hours, put gas back in it and was in same condition as it was when picked up!!!

minxin fThere was a LOT of confusion when i picked up my truck because i switch from a 26' to a 20'. I had already had the 26' truck set up on line and when I realized I didn't need that large of one, they said I could change it at the store. However - this involved calling "traffic' twice, re-doing the reservation 3x, my card being billed 2x and getting declined because they kept hitting it too much, me having to use a less desirable card once they finally figured out how to process my order - repeatedly asking for my phone number (it was written down) and asking if i wanted to drop it off in a different location (Quincy FL) for a credit (which I repeatedly said NO!) - this is explained better below. I was at the store for more than 90 minutes before I finally was able to get the truck (with a half-empty gas tank) and leave. It really shouldn't have been this complicated - especially when someone else came in and got his truck and was gone in 10 minutes or less.

Jill BWatch out for scams- I was overcharged $60 because they claimed the starting mileage was lower than what it was. Fortunately I took a picture of the odometer before starting my trip, so I had proof. When I returned the truck and realized I was overcharged I was told that the amount charged could not be corrected that same day and was given the phone number for the district manager. I called 2 days in a row, receiving a response on the second day. After providing proof of the starting mileage, a reimbursement for the overcharged amount was agreed upon. I was told it would take up to a week for the refund to process. Two weeks later no refund received. I called a third time and was told there was an error with the system and finally received my refund. Very fishy business behavior by overcharging and not providing a prompt reimbursement, putting owness on the customer to correct the situation.
Jenna GBoth the mileage and gas readings were off. I sent picture of the mileage being wrong but didn't look at gas. It was not full. The mileage was off 10 miles. An easy $10 if no one was paying attention. When I returned I filled it up past from what I received and was still charged for 4 gallons. Incredibly sketchy experience from someone who has rented over 100x with Uhaul. Extremely disappointed after being sent to this location because the original one overbooked me. Whole thing seems like a scam now

What isn't great is the app. I had so many issue with it disconnecting or not letting me continue because "i was not at the right address" even though I was standing right in front of the door. The app is super frustrating and makes me not want to use Uhaul

Lisa SEverything was great, except when I went to add the photos, to the returned condition section of the return portion of the app, I was adding photos, and was kicked out of the app. When I went back into the app, there was no way to get back into the portion to add photos, nor any rentals showing up on my current, or History section. It showed up again the day after, but it was unnerving to return expensive equipment, without proper return steps being taken.
Rob ZWe rented a pickup. It was very new; only 3600 miles. Our call was taken promptly. The woman who took our call was friendly, and communicated clearly. We were not told about the mandatory insurance coverage for pick ups and vans, until we arrived in person, but it was only an $11 issue. It was still a great price for a daily truck rental. We returned it after hours and could not find the address of this particular location as an option on the app. However, a friendly gentleman that just walked out and locked up the place reassured us that he would check the truck in for us. He did so, and that capped of a good experience for us.

Nancy wWe arrived and completed our check in online right on time. Then went to get the keys and the door was locked. We then had to wait 40 minutes for the man to return to get the keys which cut into our rental time and inconvenienced us. I am very disappointed in this service.
