The woman was awesome and handled the 26’ truck and trailer like a boss!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulBoth the pick-up location and drop-off location were very helpful. However, I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone in the future. 1. Pick up location changed three times before I actually was able to pick up my vehicle. Email communication was sent significantly AFTER I was on the road. I was not able to respond to any emails until way after the emails were sent. 3. Emails informed me that U-Haul would call me with important information. That never occurred! I have not received any phone calls from U-Haul to this day. I WILL NOT use or recommend U-Haul in the future.
Charles FExcellent customer service personnel at this location
James KThe trailer that I reserved was not at the location that I was sent to, so therefore I was given bigger equipment than I needed, and I paid more than I expected to versus getting the equipment that I originally asked for
