Re: the UHaul app. I rent a truck the first week of each month for my food pantries pickup from the county foodbank. Same rental, the last 5 months. It always takes longer than I think it should to get my keys. I don’t understand why I have to enter a ton of stuff in the rental app and then the people inside have to enter MORE stuff. Seems duplicative. They do it mostly cheerfully, but the whole point of an app is that the renter does it and then the rental agent just looks it over. Please simplify the process, particularly for repeat renters. It is wasting both renter and rental agent time.

Richard KThis location's horrible getting the hours proper on the rental sucked and now I'm overcharged for a typical 24-hour rental just for using it for more than 4 hours I would never rent from this place again.
Rob DAll of the people I worked with when picking up the truck and when returning it were very nice.
Gregory SPhenomenal place. Great trailer. Will rent again
